06 Fees & Payments

Where paid features apply, you agree to remit all applicable fees in accordance with the pricing displayed at the time of purchase. Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing or mandated by applicable law, all fees are non-refundable.

07 Intellectual Property

All software, design elements, trademarks, documentation, and proprietary materials comprising the Service are owned by Uvpay Pos and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except those expressly required to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

08 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access where these Terms are breached or where required by law. You may discontinue use of the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately, though provisions intended to survive termination shall remain in effect.
